Quality

He was instrumental in the site achieving the Coca-Cola Quality Assurance System, the second plant in the world to be recognised as meeting the standards.
He has since gone on to influence the quality assurance systems of many plants across Europe through his auditing, advising and assisting the bottling operations.
Supplier Assurance
Gareth managed the quality assurance of primary and secondary packaging for The Coca-Cola Company in Great Britain and Ireland and for Coca-Cola and Schweppes Beverages, developing audit systems, performing audits, following up on non-conformances to ensure they were not repeated, and building ranking systems to compare supplier performances.
Gareth was also a trainer for primary and secondary packaging for the British Soft Drink Association for their Manufacturing Soft Drinks Today training course.

Working for the Coca-Cola Company across Western Europe, Gareth was responsible for the quality assurance of the majority of the new product launches, including packaging development.
